Mike is a Personal Lines Insurance Producer and Customer Relationship Manager with the Enders Insurance team in Lincoln County, North Carolina. He has over 30 years of Customer Service Management experience and brings a client focused and detail-oriented approach. He enjoys the relationships he has built with his clients – learning what makes them happy in their work and personal lives. If they are business clients, he will want to learn more about how their business works and how they became interested in their industry.

With his years of experience combined with his Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation, Mike is well equipped to assist his clients with their Personal, Commercial, or Health/Life insurance needs. Perhaps his greatest strength, however, is his uncanny ability to bring a down to earth approach to the oftentimes-complex world of insurance.

Always one to be very active in his community, Mike is a member of his local Rotary Club and Chamber of Commerce. In order to help support local business owners, he also assists in producing Podcasts that highlight and showcase some small businesses.

In his spare time, he enjoys golfing, watching sports, and spending time with his wife and son. Oh, and he’s currently learning how to play the acoustic guitar. He is also a runner and enjoys participating in 5k Charity runs and playing golf. When he wakes up early enough, he also likes to participate with an early morning workout group.
