Arlenys Tejada Silva

“Be kind to yourself and to others” is the mantra that Arlenys lives by. And when you meet her, you’ll know she means every word of it. Arlenys came to us in 2022 and is an Account Manager on our Personal Insurance team in Lancaster. She loves what she does because every day is different, and she enjoys being able to help others. When she is not at work, she volunteers at Church World Service (CWS) in Lancaster, helping refugees who have come to this country from all over the world – especially Spanish speaking refugees who need help with translations. Some of her other interests include painting, sewing, cooking, reading and going out running.
