Chip Bayer, CIC, CPCU

“Be Prepared!” is Chip’s guiding motto—not just in insurance, but in life. He finds great purpose in helping clients rest easy, knowing their hard-earned assets are well protected.

Deeply committed to service, Chip pours his energy into Scouting America, where he serves as a Lion Den Leader, Assistant Scoutmaster, Order of the Arrow Lodge Adviser (Scouting’s National Honor Society), and Vice President of the New Birth of Freedom Council.

His spirit of service extends beyond Scouting. A Rotarian since 1989, Chip is a member of the Hershey Rotary Club. He also serves as Rotary District Insurance Chair, contributes to the Rotary Youth Leadership Awards Committee (a weeklong leadership program for high school seniors at Messiah University), and supports Rotary Youth Exchange, which offers students life-changing international experiences.

Outside of work and service, Chip shares his love of music by singing and playing guitar at Holy Name of Jesus Church.
