Jim Enders

When it comes to personal lines, no one does it better than Jim. He’s ready for you whether you’re moving into your first apartment or building your second house. Oh yeah, he’ll hold your hand through the excitement and fear of that first 16 year old driver.

Jim thrives in his partnership with Donnie, in which they team up to meet the needs of their clients. They take the family portion of family business very seriously.

With over 30 years of experience behind him, Jim continues to pursue new avenues of expertise. Increased severe weather activity has led Jim to develop a strong working knowledge of many specialized areas of insurance, including Flood Insurance. For the last year and a half, Jim has been educating himself and our team on the significant changes to Flood Insurance by way of the Biggert-Waters Act. Jim has been tapped to share his Flood Insurance knowledge on WITF’s SmartTalk, Pennsylvania Association of Flood Plain Managers, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and more.

At one time, he was a star pitcher for Central Dauphin, but has since put away his baseball glove in favor of his golf clubs. Don’t let him being a lefty fool you… he will face you on the course, swinging from the right. A 7 handicap ensures that he’ll not only keep you up to date on insurance, but also on how to sink a putt.

Jim organizes the annual golf outings for the Panther Ram Foundation, a group that supports programs directly benefiting students in the Central Dauphin Schools. He is also a volunteer at LCBC and the Lancaster Liederkranz.
