Ava Burchell

Ava brings an energetic, people-focused approach to her work and especially enjoys getting to know clients, collaborating with colleagues, and continuing to learn something new each day. She values being part of a supportive and uplifting environment where teamwork and service go hand in hand.

Ava graduated summa cum laude from Gettysburg College with majors in Economics and Public Policy, reflecting both her strong work ethic and analytical mindset.

Outside of work, Ava stays active through community involvement and recreation. She participates in Lancaster Young Professionals, where she enjoys networking and volunteering, plays on the Lancaster Blues co-ed softball team, and runs with Common Run Club.

Her interests include spin, kickboxing, running, lifting, and spending time with friends. Originally from Doylestown, she now lives in Lancaster. One of her favorite guiding principles is: “When you’re good to others, you’re best to yourself,” a quote associated with Benjamin Franklin.
