Lynn Swank

For Lynn, one of the most rewarding parts of working at Enders is being able to give her clients something she couldn’t offer in her previous career: options. After spending many years with a single insurance carrier, Lynn appreciates being able to work with multiple carriers and help clients find coverage and pricing that best fit their individual needs. Just as important, she values the people she works alongside. From her first weeks at Enders, Lynn found a true team environment where colleagues are willing to share their knowledge, offer support, and work together to find the best solutions for clients.

Lynn brings more than 25 years of experience in banking and lending to her work in insurance. After a long career as a bank manager and lender, she obtained her insurance license and took a new direction—bringing with her a wealth of experience in working with people, understanding their financial needs, and helping them make important decisions.

Outside of Enders, Lynn stays involved in her community through the Mifflinburg Basketball Boosters and is looking forward to cheering on her son during his final high school basketball season. When she’s not at a game, Lynn enjoys crafting and creating personalized gifts, especially projects that allow her to add a personal touch. And when she’s ready to put the craft supplies away, there’s a good chance you’ll find her relaxing with a Hallmark movie.

Lynn believes in making the most of the time we’re given, appreciating the people around us, and not waiting for “someday” to do the things that matter. Her favorite Bible verse, Philippians 4:13, reflects another part of that outlook: “I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me.”
