Joanne Steele, CISR

Joanne joined our team in Lancaster in 2009 as the receptionist providing administrative support to the Personal Insurance team. By September of the following year, she was promoted to Personal Insurance Customer Service Representative and Agent. She processes endorsements, claims, re-quoting, payments and answers clients’ insurance questions.

Joanne is an insurance agent with a strong work ethic and says her greatest joy is building strong, trust-based relationships with her clients. Around the office, her quick-witted humor brings a bit of levity to the work day.

When she’s not at work, Joanne is learning how to be an empty-nester now that her youngest has left for collage. But she still enjoys going to the beach, vacationing in new places, attending live concerts, going to Hershey Park, putting together puzzles, eating chocolate, and spending time with her family when she can. Joanne is also an avid supporter of the Multiple Sclerosis Society in fighting to help find a cure and GiGi’s Playhouse Lancaster, a non-profit organization that provides programming & support for individuals with Down syndrome & their families.
