Meet Chrissy
Christina Fischer, CIC, CISR
Our Director of Training and Compliance loves to educate! With a Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Chrissy uses her pedagogical skill, insurance expertise, and customer service experience to develop workflows and training plans for the entire Enders team. Chrissy thrives on identifying solutions to complex problems, and brings a keen eye for process to her administration of the systems and technology we use to deliver a world class client experience.
In her free time, Chrissy is actively involved with her daughter’s dance studio. She also enjoys spending time with her husband and two children – beach time in the summer is a favorite! Weekends are a time for cooking, perfecting her homemade fig newtons, crafting, gardening, and making wine in her grandparents’ basement (she is a 4th generation Italian)!
