Meet Kiya
Kiya Emerich, CIC
For Kiya, insurance has never been just about policies—it’s about solving problems, building relationships, and helping people find the right solutions. Although she originally expected insurance to be a temporary career, she quickly discovered a genuine passion for the industry’s complexity. Fifteen years later, that passion continues to shape everything she does.
Kiya began her career on the agency side, where she spent 12 years helping clients navigate their insurance needs before moving to the carrier side as a commercial lines underwriter and later an Eastern Pennsylvania Territory Manager. Having worked from both perspectives gives her a well-rounded understanding of the industry and allows her to approach every client interaction with insight, empathy, and collaboration.
Joining Enders felt like a natural next step. After working with members of the Enders team throughout her career, she was consistently impressed by their warmth, professionalism, and genuine commitment to serving others. Today, she’s proud to be part of a team whose values closely reflect her own.
Community service has always been an important part of Kiya’s life. She has served on numerous educational and community boards, founded a youth tennis program, supported local athletics, and continues coaching her children’s travel soccer teams. As she becomes part of the Lancaster County community, she looks forward to finding new ways to give back.
Outside the office, Kiya enjoys cooking, crafting cocktails, camping, foraging for wild mushrooms, discovering new music, and traveling. She also wrote a children’s book, The Magic Beet, inspired by a true story about her grandmother, Pearl, and her wedding ring.
Whether she’s helping clients navigate insurance decisions or exploring a new destination, Kiya believes curiosity, creativity, and authentic relationships are the foundation of meaningful success.
