Lenny Tepsich

Lenny came to Enders from a local insurance company back in 1985 and has been making a difference in our community and people’s lives ever since. With him, he brought an extensive amount of underwriting expertise. He has a vast knowledge and years of experience in guiding dentists through complex risk analysis and has spent many hours of continuing education, learning the ins and outs of what risks dentists should consider.

In addition to valuing his coworkers, Lenny appreciates the opportunity to assist our clients, especially when they have a claim. He says that helping people never gets old.

Lenny also is a talented musician and makes time to provide music to local schools, non-profits, and beyond as he performs as Mr. Music®.  His guitar in one hand and his audience in the other.  Working with children of all ages is his passion. He also loves the outdoors, whether it’s walking in the woods, bird watching, or getting dirty in the yard.

His favorite quotes are from the “Book of Janie”; “You have to speak up in this world!” and “May God be with you today!” His mantra is “Give me a spirit of chastity, humility, patience, and LOVE.” And a fun fact about Lenny is that he loves playing for and singing with old folks as much as he does with kids.
