Jay Gandy

When Jay joined the Enders team, he was already an accomplished wood worker and professional musician. Now he has added insurance to his repertoire and is our “boots on the ground” Advisor for Business Insurance in Lancaster County. He really enjoys meeting people and getting to know all about the businesses he’s working with, helping them achieve their goals. Jay is an exceptionally good listener and is genuinely interested in the people he meets. So it’s no surprise that one of his favorite quotes is, “Assume the person you are listening to might know something that you don’t!”

In his spare time, Jay is a dedicated runner and is involved with Tread House Run Club. He also enjoys weightlifting, woodworking, playing guitar, and spending time with his wife and sons.
