Jessica Bacon

Jessica brings a strong background in customer service to her role at Enders, where she has found a meaningful new chapter after 17 years in apparel and textile development and manufacturing. While her career path began in product creation, her true passion has always been helping people, and she’s excited to be part of a team where client care and a family spirit are at the heart of the work. Jessica is dedicated to ensuring every client feels valued and supported, reflecting Enders’ commitment to providing an elevated and personal experience.

Beyond the office, Jessica shares her skills by teaching sewing classes and volunteering with FabScrap to prevent textiles from becoming waste. She has also worked with local organizations to help resettled refugees adjust to life in Central Pennsylvania. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, kayaking with her dog Tilly, gardening, and learning Spanish. Adventurous and creative, Jessica has hiked three volcanoes in Central America and even holds a patent for athletic wear. Guided by her simple mantra, “Do Good,” she brings energy, compassion, and innovation to everything she does.
