Looking for a career in insurance?  Sydney Kyler wasn’t either.

Sydney is a Harrisburg native and a graduate of Temple University in Philadelphia. Her professional path led her from a Spanish degree to biomedical research to teaching English in Southeast Asia. Now she serves as our Chief Operating Officer and wants you to know how dynamic and rewarding a career in insurance can be.

Sydney was brought up in the hospitality industry where she developed a passion for service to clients and to her community. She started with our Benefits team in 2012 and has since developed keen perspective on our human resources, insurance operations, and financial reporting. Sydney focuses on making sure our team has the compassionate people and sophisticated tools we need to set the standard for the independent agency. Sydney has been named a Women of Influence by the Central Penn Business Journal, and was a 10 New Leaders Program honoree with Dame Leadership in 2023. She proudly volunteers with Harrisburg Young Professionals and served as its President in 2021.  Sydney currently serves as Board Chair for Theatre Harrisburg and stays active in the local music community playing the piano for theater productions. Sydney is also a member of the Human Resource Professionals of Central PA.
