Joe enjoys working at Enders because of the partnerships developed with our clients, the support from leadership in our pursuit of continuing education, and the expectation of being transparent with clients and prospects. The relationships that we build allow us to blend our professional expertise and knowledge with an understanding of what the client is trying to do. This builds a trust because they are part of the process and part of the solution in transferring risk to an insurance product. Joe volunteers with the Hershey Food Bank and is a member of the St. Margaret Mary Knights of Columbus.  He is a hobbyist guitar player who one day plans to connect with an audience outside of the people who gathered pre-covid for pizza jams.  Joe is also learning how the Spanish language to be a better aid on future mission trips to the Dominican Republic.  He says, “It’s a big world out there and being able to communicate with more people makes life more interesting.”
