Nicole Torello, CISR

Nicole became part of our Lancaster team in 2020, right in the middle of the COVID pandemic. While that season brought uncertainty and challenges for many, Nicole jumped in wholeheartedly, quickly proving herself to be a dedicated and invaluable member of our team. With a career in insurance that began back in 2006, she brings both knowledge and compassion to her role on our personal lines team. Nicole is especially passionate about building lasting relationships with her clients, offering guidance they can rely on and a friendly face they know they can turn to.

A Lancaster County native, Nicole now makes her home in Chester County with her husband and daughter. Outside of work, she enjoys tending her garden, getting lost in a good book, and spending time in the great outdoors. The Outer Banks hold a special place in her heart, where she and her family love vacationing, camping, and surf fishing together.
