Spencer’s foundation in careful analysis and scientific thinking comes from his academic background. He earned a degree in Marine Science with a Biology concentration from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, an education that deepened his appreciation for the natural world and strengthened the investigative mindset he brings to his role.

Outside the office, Spencer enjoys staying active and connected to the people and places he loves. He spends his free time at the gym, golfing, enjoying sports, and being with his family. He’s especially drawn to wildlife, nature, and the ocean—interests that reflect both his studies and his love of the outdoors.
